The Well Coffee House is a nonprofit community coffee house with a mission to build meaningful connections and strengthen local neighborhoods.

Our first and highest priority is creating welcoming spaces where our team members can build authentic relationships that foster belonging, support, and personal growth.

Our second priority is to support the development of community-centered organizations and churches in urban areas, especially where unique cultural, strategic, or financial challenges exist.

Our third priority is partnering with nonprofits that provide essential care and services in areas of critical human need, working together to create pathways for healing, empowerment, and lasting community impact.
