    Matt is that guy who has never met a stranger. He and his family moved from California to Boston in 2011 and he has never looked back. He loves New England, especially Boston where he started The Well Coffee House with his wife, Jullie and close friends from California. His passion for people and coffee is evident and his previous career as a high school teacher and coach makes him relatable. Matt also serves as an elder in a local church and loves sharing about his faith especially over a cup of coffee.

    Jullie and her family moved to Boston in 2011 and she loves all things New England. Jullie and her husband and co-founder Matt have four adult children who have all worked for The Well. Prior to The Well, Jullie was a high school teacher and coach and worked in church ministries. She loves creating fun events, cozy atmospheres and programs to help others. She also loves cooking, arts and crafts, gardening, travel and spending time with family.

    Matheus is undoubtedly one of the most optimistic and forward-thinking individuals you will meet. After a successful career as a Franchise Specialist in Brazil, where he helped launch numerous businesses, he now serves as Chief Operating Officer, ensuring that The Well Coffee House consistently fulfills its mission and vision, with a strong focus on strategic expansion.

    He also serves as Global Executive Pastor of Celebration Church, a multiethnic church with seven locations around the world, and works as a marketing consultant for reproducing churches, a network dedicated to church planting through the Marketplace Ministry model.

    His passion for innovation in the church and marketplace ministry is only surpassed by his deep love for his wife, Deborah, and his daughter, Stella.

  • With nearly 20 years of executive leadership experience, Chad brings a wealth of real-world wisdom to his coaching and ministry. Before entering full-time ministry in 2011, he worked in corporate leadership across processing, manufacturing, and distribution—specializing in optimizing processes, building effective teams, and turning unprofitable operations into profitable ones.

    Since then, Chad has served in senior leadership roles in churches ranging from 200 to 2,500 in attendance, planted and pastored a church, and led church multiplication and disciple-making initiatives. He now serves as Lead Pastor of a multiplication-focused church, helping congregations transition from attractional models to disciple-making cultures that multiply impact and influence.

  •   Joe is a native of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, where he was active in Southern Baptist Life before moving to Boston in 2004 to plant Celebration Church. Coming from an executive career background, Joe served as one of the Vice Presidents of VARIG — which was once one of the largest aviation companies in Brazil — and he also launched and developed multiple business ventures both in Brazil and in the United States. Today, he serves as the Associate Executive Director at the Baptist Churches of New England (BCNE). As an immigrant pastor, Joe understands the dynamics of ministering in a foreign context, and he is passionate about mobilizing first a

  • Zach Towery serves as the Executive Pastor of Operations at CrossCreek Church, where he’s been part of the ministry team for the past 11 years. Zach gives leadership and oversight to CrossCreek’s organizational systems, staff coordination, and church initiatives to support the CrossCreek’s mission to lead every generation to KNOW and FOLLOW Jesus. Before stepping into full-time ministry, Zach spent 13 years with Fastenal, where he grew through various leadership roles, ultimately serving as District Manager. Zach led a sales team of 75+ to become one of the top districts in North America and grew his retail storefronts from 6 to 21. His background in both business and ministry has given him a heart for building healthy teams and helping people grow in their God-given potential.

Advisory Board

  • Jaime grew up in small-town Massachusetts. Having grown up a nominal Roman Catholic, Jaime had little interest in God beyond maintaining a veneer of morality, which he often cast off at his own convenience. By God’s grace, while in college, Jaime was born again while hearing a sermon on Luke 15. Upon graduation, Jaime served as a police officer, but after three years, though he loved the work, he resigned and moved to Louisville, Kentucky to pursue a Master of Divinity. During his studies, he met Dr. Mark Dever, Senior Pastor at Capitol Hill Baptist Church, and moved to Washington, DC to be an intern and serve as Mark’s personal assistant for the next two years. After this time, he moved to Providence, RI and served as Associate Pastor at Grace Harbor Church for the next year and a half. Jaime was called to be Senior Pastor of Tremont Temple in April of 2017.

    He is married to Adriana and is daddy to Mercy, Audrey, Jack, and Noah. Jaime holds a B.S. from Bridgewater State University in Criminal Justice, an M.Div from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, and a Th.M with a focus on preaching from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. Jaime’s interests include being a punching bag to Jack and Noah, a tea-party guest at Mercy and Audrey’s invitation, a Crossfit athlete, and a coffee snob.

  •   Jua Robinson (B.S., M.A., M.Div.)  has led the Boston Collaborative since its inception in 2018. Under his leadership the organization has developed partnerships with groups such as the Cory Johnson Program, the City of Boston’s Mayor’s Office, The Boston Foundation, Made to Flourish, Daintree Advisors, the Boston Public Schools, clergy, and many others throughout Boston. He serves as the chaplain for the New England Patriots, in addition he serves on the Patriots player wellness and social justice teams. A former lead pastor, Jua co-founded Heart Change Fellowship, a multi-ethnic church of 23 countries in Jamaica Plain, MA. He serves on multiple boards including Boston Flourish, Vision New England, and Massachusetts Society to Aid Discharged Prisoners.
